Primrose at Park MGM offers a bright and airy take on classic American dining, firmly suited for those who want a fresh yet comfortable brunch or breakfast spot on the Strip. The restaurant’s French bistro-inspired decor blends natural light with plenty of greenery, creating an open and inviting atmosphere that contrasts with the usual Vegas hustle. This makes it a pleasant stop for anyone looking to relax over a thoughtfully prepared meal without feeling overwhelmed by the surrounding casino bustle.

The menu highlights a variety of familiar favorites with a twist, drawing in both traditionalists and those curious about plant-based options. Diners often come for dishes like Eggs Benedict, Brioche French Toast, or the Smoked Salmon Bagel with Avocado, but the separate vegan menu also earns its share of praise for fresh, reasonably priced options like vegan French toast and cakes. Bottomless mimosas and creative cocktails add an easygoing, brunch-centric vibe, making it a spot where groups might linger late morning or early afternoon. Just keep in mind it can get busy on weekends and holidays, so booking ahead is advisable.

Service tends to be attentive and efficient, which fits well with the fast-paced energy of Las Vegas while still allowing diners space to enjoy their meal. Coffee quality is solid, and drinks are thoughtfully crafted, complementing the overall breakfast and lunch experience. While some dishes like the chicken and waffles may not land perfectly for all palates, most visitors appreciate the originality and flavor variety offered here.

For locals or visitors staying at Park MGM, Primrose is a convenient and dependable choice for a substantial morning or midday meal. Its smoke-free environment further contributes to a cleaner, more relaxed experience compared to other Strip dining options. Whether you’re kicking off a day of exploring or winding down after a late night, Primrose’s mix of classic American comfort food and welcoming ambiance makes it a practical pick for casual brunch gatherings or solo breakfast stops alike.

Love that they have a separate vegan menu. We loved the vegan French toast and the vegan cake! Both excellent! The vegan french toast was freshly made and very reasonably priced. The orange juice didn't taste very fresh though. Highly recommend reservation in advance and they took the f&b credits! The decor was French bistro like and lovely. Loved the ambiance.

Great restaurant at Park MGM. Make a reservation in advance. Everything about Park MGM is great due to it being smoke free. Primrose's atmosphere is very green and open.. the prices make sense for a Vegas restaurant. Coffee and service and great. What fell short was the chicken and waffles I ordered. For the price, I'd expect fried chicken that was crispy or at least not incredibly as dry as it was. Other than the chicken being so dry I had to drink water with every bite, I'd return... just not get the chicken.

This is a great place for brunch! I highly suggest you get reservations since it gets quite busy. I ordered a beautiful and delicious cocktail which’s name I can’t remember. I had a bagel with salmon, which was very delicious and good portioned. But the winning piece was the apple French toast. Ordered that as a dessert. It was absolutely delicious. Staff is very attentive and service is very fast, considering how busy this place is. Definitely a must visit next time I’m in Vegas.

On a recent trip to Vegas we stayed in the Park MGM hotel and dined here twice. First was as soon as we arrived and were waiting for our room I got the waffle and berries. I was skeptical as I’m not usually one to choose a sweet breakfast but it was the best waffle I have ever had. The batter was obviously made from scratch and it smelt divine. I will forever be dreaming of the smell of that batter. We came back the next morning for breakfast there was a bit of a mix up on our reservation so we were waiting for a bit but it all got sorted. We ordered the brunch deal for $45 and the portions were huge after my friend and I finished the platter we couldn’t even finish our mains. I didn’t like every item on the platter but there were many that were very good. The blueberry scone was amazing. Again whoever the baker is at this restaurant needs a raise. Only thing we noticed after paying and leaving is they forgot about our dessert that was supposed to be included.

So, I know this is Vegas and all and the bar is kind of high, but that Mediterranean plate was the best-tasting assortment of various healthy items I have *ever* had. I went with a group of four and each of them stated some piece of their breakfast was the best version of that item they have ever eaten, which to me was astounding. Seriously, tho; even their plain tomatoes packed intense flavor. The atmosphere is unique and cozy, full of various style of comfy chairs and decorated with assorted knick-knacks and art. The view is pretty expansive, either to the guest lobby or outside park area, both of which are entertaining. I didn't get the feeling of being watched, regardless. The service was friendly and quick, considering the number of folks dining there. I had no complaints and hope to return soon.

Breakfast at the Primrose was a delightful experience!! Rashad and Jenci took wonderful care of us and the overall service was old-school impeccable, with a good side of humor to boot. The pastry basket was delicious and their homemade jam was absolutely divine. My sister and parents also ordered the classic breakfast and the seasonal French toast (apple). The bourbon caramel was perfect. I ordered the orange juice and it felt fresh and sweet. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in Vegas! TLDR; excellent food, beyond friendly and helpful staff, and a personable ambience.

We visited Primrose in Las Vegas and had an amazing experience! Got to chat briefly with the chef, who’s originally from England and has been bringing Italian magic to Vegas for 12 years. Every dish was unreal — so fresh and flavorful!

I dined here with my husband and our daughter on September 10. We loved everything about our meal. Our favorites were the yogurt granola berry parfait and the shrimp and grits. The mimosas were perfect. Our server Jeremy was always available, quick to take our orders and provided wonderful service. This is our 2nd time we were seated in his section. He actually remembered us! We had a great meal and service. We will be back again and again.
